How much does shipping cost, and what are the delivery times for different locations?

Shipping with Romee is designed to be hassle-free! If you're in New Zealand, enjoy a flat $11 NZD rate, and expect your delivery at your door within 3-5 business days. 

For our Australian friends, the flat rate is $20 NZD, and international pals can have their goodies shipped globally for a flat rate of $33 NZD. 

We want to dispatch your Romee items as soon as possible. However, keep in mind that international delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs procedures.

How long will it take for my order to get shipped?

At Romee, we understand the excitement of receiving your order promptly. While I work full time, I strive to dispatch your orders on the same business day whenever possible. However, please be aware that due to my schedule, it may often be the following business day before your order is sent. Rest assured that I am committed to ensuring your Romee goodies reach you in a timely manner. Our goal is to make your experience with us as enjoyable and seamless as possible.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has been processed, you can expect to receive an email with the tracking number within 24-48 hours. 

To track your order, simply check your email for the shipment confirmation, which will include a link to the carrier's website along with your unique tracking number. What is your refund policy?


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@romeethestore.com. 

If your return is accepted, it is the customers responsibility to return the item back to Romee. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Can I change my order?

We understand that mistakes happen, and we're here to help you make any necessary changes to your order. If you need to modify your order, simply reach out to us on Instagram by sending us a direct message, or you can email us at hello@romeethestore.com.
